Columns strinking when I open my Excel book

When I save my file, the Columns are just the right size. But when I reopen, I noticed that the column have strunk.

I used to get this a lot with Lotus files that had been converted to Excel. If that's your case, and it's not TOO complicated a file, you might want to copy / paste into a blank excel file (making it a truly native Excel file.)
