Columns to rows

In order to convert a badly formatted (all text) worksheet into a word file for use in a book, I need to extract the information from columns as if they were rows.

Is there a way to turn columns into rows?

Select all of your data in one row. Copy, then Edit, Paste Special and check the transpose checkbox. Should do what you need.
