copy cells instead of worksheet

When I want to copy some cells in Excel 2000 and in Outlook paste, all worksheets from this document will be paste. This isn't the way I want.
How can I copy and paste one cell. Is this an option that I enabled on accident?

Try copying and then, in Outlook, using paste special, select the type you want, either text or as a picture, probably.

Yes, that works thanks, but I don't understand why it copies all worksheets from excel?
