Copy columns of data to all worksheets

I have a workbook that has 12 sheets. each one represents the months of the year. I want to copy Column B from sheet1 and copy to the other 11 sheets. If I select Column B in sheets2 thru sheet12, is there a way to copy columnB from sheet1 to the other 11 with just a few keystrokes?

Craig,

Highlight Column B on sheet1, hit Ctrl-C. Select the other 11 sheets, highlight column B on the active sheet, and hit Ctrl-+ (that's "Ctrl" and "+" at the same time)

I tried this with no luck. I clicked on B on first sheet, ctrl c to copy which shows its active
I then cliked on column B on the other sheets. I went to sheet1 and hit Ctrl + and nothing happens!

What can I be doing wrong? Whre can I find documentation on Ctrl +? All I can find is Ctrl + other combinations
