Create a floating message box

Is there a way in excel to create a floating window
containing things such as instructions for the spreadsheet?
Or a message box of some sort that is visible not matter
which worksheet you are on?

Greg, if you have Excel2000 you can use a userform with it's ShowModal property set to True.

If Excel97 then the best you can do is create
a Custom Toolbar and place some text on it via some Menu items.
