Display question

I have an Excel 2000 document where I keep track of (among other things) how much alcohol and caffeine I consume on a given day. I want to only interact with the current day's info without having to scroll down to "today." Is there a function to display only a certain row based on the date? Sorry if the question is a little confusing.

Presumably your "today" info is at the end. If so, pressing Ctrl+DownArrow will move you from the active cell down the column.
