E-mailing Worksheet in 97

Any tips re: the best way to e-mail an xls file ( or part of one) when it concerns a sales quotation and I want to be sure that the recipient cannot get into the parts that I obviously want kept confidential.

Few things you can try...use the xlveryhidden property to hide the spreadsheet...change foreground color to the background color and protect the spreadsheet so they can see but not change
