Excel 2000 - Worksheet Loads but doesnt open

Hey Guys,

I have a user here that is unable to open a Worksheet correctly. When she loads the file is shows that it loads but doesnt appear on the screen until you goto View and choose Full Screen. I then cant see the windows taskbar etc. Attempting to reinstall the Office Suite and working with the view options hasnt worked. Any help or suggestions would be great.
