Excel crashes when copying a worksheet with Graphs

Hi,

every time I try to copy a worksheet with graphs on it, Excel causes an

"An application error has occured, and an application error log is being created.

EXCEL.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x302d75f8"

I am using Win Nt4, SP6 and Excel 97.

The method which I am using to copy the worksheet is:

- right click the sheet
- select "move or copy"
- tick "create a copy"
- ok

then I get the error.

Please help... is there a way using VBA to copy a worksheet that may fix this ?
