Excel deletes lines when document is printed

Weather i have excel 97 or excel 2000 on a certain machine documents print with missing lines.

Go to file page setup, sheet, print gridlines

Thanyou for the quick responce. I should not have said lines. What I meant was the spreadsheet prints fine except certain lines of text are missing. The box is there but no text. This may happen from 1 to 3 lines of text.

I figured out the problem.

The printer is an HP 4000tn. The default driver for this printer is a PCL 6 driver. This driver doesnt work well with Excell. If you go to HP and download the whole 8 meg printer suite, it has an earlier version of the driver 5e. This driver corrects the problem.
