Excel Numbering add-in

When closing worksheets in Excel 2000 I get a prompt that I need to get the numbering add-in. I have looked all over and cannot find it. Any ideas?

EXCEL 97 gives you an ADD-IN menu item under the TOOLS menu. Not EXCEL2k?

You've checked the Microsoft site?
