excel sheet in web page

Hi
Is it posible to open a linked excel sheet with chart in a web page, without starting Excel.

you can do so in office xp. check the help item "About putting Excel data on the Web". otherwise i am sure you can do so using pivot tables in access 2000. i am not sure of excel 2000.
