I have a form already made. I need to use excel to recreate this form, but only print the information that is typed, not the actual form.

If your original form is in Excel, I think the easiest thing to do is use a new, blank worksheet. Link cells in the blank worksheet to your form's cells. Then, print the blank worksheet.
If you want to be fancy, the blank worksheet could be hidden. Record a macro that unhides the sheet and prints it, and rehides it. Attach that macro to a button on your form.
