Formatting a sheet

I have a huge xl file with names and addresses in the following format:

Jim
123 brent view apt
Atlanta, GA
Ph : (xxx)xxx xxxx
Fx : (xxx)xxx xxxx
e-mail : jim@jim.com
web : http://www.jim.com

I need to format the data in such a way that I have 1 record per row....eg..

Name Address Phone Fax e-mail web
Jim xxxxx xxx xxx xxxx xxx

Could someone help. Thanks in advance.

Have a look @ Copy > PasteSpecial > Transpose.
You may need a macro to do the tediuos task ?

Thanks Ivan, I wrote a macro and got the task done with. Damn, wished there could be something simpler. Take care.
