Ghost links

In my excel application there are a number of ghost links. When opening the application (Spreadsheet)then its asks to update the links. Howeffer there are no links.
This problem has been caused by moving sheets out of the workbook to an other workbook by a faulty macro.
The question is: How do I remove these links?

One place to look for is the names space. Activate the option Insert|Name|Define. See if there are any names whose references contain the #REF bit. You can delete them.
