I was wondering if it is possible to keep a certain number of columns or rows visible in a spreadsheet while you scroll through and look at the data.

I have a worksheet that has numerous entries in it and when looking t them I need to see the headings and some other information as well.

It sounds like all you need is to freeze your window. Click in the cell that is directly below the row, and to the right of the column, that you want to remain visible. Then from the worksheet menu bar, click on Window > Freeze Panes. To remove the freeze feature, click on Window > Unfreeze Panes.
