Help.... playing with command bars and now can't restore excel

I was playing with command bar deleting etc via Macro, and I have now got excel to a stat where I cannot see any tool bars and can't right click anywhere to restore etc...

Any ideas ?

Its OK used F11 it created a chart and new sheet and reinstated a toolbar
