How to sum a comment

I have this formula
SheetA1=('Mgr Schedule'!E12)
in Mgr Schedule'!E12 there also is a comment....
is there anyway to have that exact comment show on
SheetA1.....w/o putting it again

Copy 'Mrg Schedule'!E12, go to Sheet1!A1 and Paste Special, and select comment.
That should do it.
