importing data on workbook_open

i created a macro for imported data using "record":
1. open the file
2. copy data
3. paste data
4. close file
Problem is: At (4) it asks the user if they want info on clipboard. It gets annoying after a few times.

Is there a better (but still easy) way to automate importing?
