Is it possible to NAME a group of Print Settings?

In Quattro, I can assign a NAME to a defined series of Print Settings
(ie, the range, portrait vs landscape, the rows to repeat at the top, etc).

Is that possible in Excel, and, if so, how?

Thanks so much -

Its not the same as Qutro Pro but you can build a menue system or a button form and code print macros. I build a set of print utilities into every application. You can name or lable them what ever you want.

You can build the form with buttons or a case list and add it to a toolbar in Excel, but that is about as far as you are getting to the named print settings in Qutro Pro. JSW

I'm not getting paid enuf for this job to do that! I'll just..

I'll just indicate print settings in the top left of each worksheet page!

I copied your answer though, and I'll play with it later to learn.

Thanks!

it is not as difficult as it sounds...
just finish your work, press tools>macro>record new macro
I used print preview to set print properties, adjust parameters AND print. THEN stop macro recording and that's all. Everytime you have to print, just run the macro and it will set print options for you.
