Limits of excel? Rows, Columns.

Anyone know the maximum rows and columns you can have in a excel file? Really wierd stuff happens when I get over 65000 Rows.

Length of cell contents (text) 32,767 characters. Only 1,024 display in a cell; all 32,767 display in the formula bar.
