Is there a way to track milliseconds ie, hh:mm:ss:(milliseconds)?

0.0000115740740740741 is Excel's internal representation
of 1 second (0:00:01). One day is 0.0000115740740740741*86400.
If you divide 0.0000115740740740741 by 1000 you get
1.15740740740741E-08 or 1 millisecond which can be
formatted as hh:mm:ss.000 to get 0:00:00.001.
