Printing Header Row (when multiple page breaks)

I have a 3 column document that has had sub-totals calculated (with the sub-total function) along with page breaks at each subtotal value. When I print the document, the header row is printed on the first page, but all other pages (each new subtotal) do not have the header row - just the data.

How can I have the header row printed on each sheet above the data (in the first row of each sheet)?
