Recovering deleted sheets?

Hey Mr. Excel:

I accidentally deleted a sheet on my excel file about a week ago and now realize that it has changed all of my formulas and totals that I need. How can I get this sheet back>? Can I get this sheet back?! I sure hope so! It is not in my recycle bin...

Hi Michelle,
When you SAVE a changed workbook (xls file), the previous version is gone...
Unless you've made a backup ? Like we all do once a week... ;)
Maybe you have an older backup of that file ?

If you have saved the doc....its gone for good,, if not saved close without save and re open.

Have you tried your IT department ?

It's possible that if it was stored on your network rather than your own machine, they may still have a nightly or weekly or monthly backup of all files on tape or CDROM or something

also, have you ever emailed a copy to anybody ? maybe it's still sitting in their inbox if they don't keep it nice and clean like Bruno and myself ;-)

But been there, bought the T-Shirt etc :-(
