Same Footer on Multiple Sheets

I created a single Excel 2000 file for a class I'm taking. It consists of seven worksheets and nine charts (36 printed pages in all). I needed to put a custom footer containing a few words of text on the bottom of each page of all printed sheets and charts. I accomplished this manually entering the information under "Header/Footer" for each of the seven sheets and nine charts, in other words sixteen times in all. Is there a way that I could have entered this information once and had it apply to every page in the file?

You could have set the custom footer with all sheets selected.

Thanks, I never thought of that.

You can set them all the same even now. Select all
sheets, use File-Page setup.
