The Disk is Full

I have 191MB of Ram and 5GB of free disk space. I am trying to add an addtional worksheet by using the edit, copy to dulplicate one of an existing sheets. The file is 32.6MB in size. When I do this I get a disk full error. This can't be correct. If anyone has had this problem and has a solution I would appreciate some help.

It could be your virtual memory (assuming your machine is not a Mac). It may help if you increase your virtual memory (pagefile.sys is the file name, i think. but you have to go through the control panel to adjust the virtual memory)
