un-Merging columns

I have a column that reads STZIPCITY is there a way for me to split this into 3 columns, bear in mind that there are no spaces, comma's ect separating the information in these rows.

Use Text To Columns, and choose fixed with in step 1. Then "draw" the divisions manually.
