Unaccessable Password

I have a file that is password protected. The person who had the password is gone. How can I get around the password? Isn't there a site where they show you how to break the password protect? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The main page of MrExcel directs you to a link that offers software to do that.
Recently, I saw posted on cnet.com shareware that "claimed" to do that.
However, that is what passwords are for. To prevent unwelcomed eyes. There is no cheap way around this.
If you decide to try some of the share that claims the ability to do this and it works, I'd like to hear about it.
