Working between worksheets

If I have the name "Bill" in cell A1 of sheet1 and I want the contents of that cell to appear on a number of other worksheets automatically what do I do.

Well, one way would be to select all the sheets together that you want - before you type "Bill" into the first sheet. Then all the sheets will receive the input at the same time.
