Pivot Table

I just started doing pivot table and I am having a
difficult time using it with large amount of Data it
tells me to take a coloum off or a row.I need all
the information I input can you please help me.

I do not know your real problem from what you describe, but here is something to check. Pivot tables work on data organized as a list. See the help, look under "what is a list" and follow those guidelines and you should be fine. The definition of a list is very fundamental in Excell and should be adhered to in order to make use of most facilities/functions etc.

Hi Marisol

Pivot Tables do have limitations, push F1 and type "Specifications" then select "MS Excel specifications" then "Worksheet and workbook specifications"


Probably the best way to workaround these is to drag some of your Column and/or Row fields to the Page Field area.
