Pivot Table Data

I ahve a load of data which I have consolidated into a 2 way pivot table. I refresh the base data on a monthly basis.
The pivot table appears to update fine with the new data. I then have a number of index functions referencing the pivot table. When I constructed the spreadsheet all was fine. Now with updated data they return #NA instead if data.
HELP??!!

Not sure of your application, but would the GETPIVOTDATA function work for you instead?
