Pivot Tables

Hi - Please help!

I have 2 Pivot Tables that are identicle. One was created in Excel 97 and the other in Excel XP. However the results are being displayed differently. The Excel 97 layout is the required layout. It sums up the 4 required columns and displays them seperately under a heading called DATA. However in excel XP, its sums up all the information and displays it in one column with a heading of DATA and and the totals, so instead of having 4 columns with the seperate information it is putting it into one, with the headings, Sum Of X, Sum of Y, Sum of Z.
Unfortunately I cant forward the spreadsheet as it is not mine. I hope the above makes sense!

On the XP PivotTable click on and drag the 'Data'
field button towards the right until the cursor
icon changes from a vertical orientation to a
horizontal one. Once the orientation change
occurs release the mouse button.
