Pivot tables - modifying source data

Is it possible to change the data source of a pivot table to another pivot table after you have already created it.

The dialog box to refer to another pivot table seems to come only while creating it, not after.

Yes, simply press the PivotTable Wizard's "<Back"
button 'til you get to Step 1 of 3 of the wizard.
From there you can choose "Another PivotTable..."
as the source of your data.
