How can I obtain the written amount from a value entered in a cell? I need it for a check printing application I am working on.

I use a lookup table in my Excel check writer. The table goes from 0 to 99 with numbers in column A and the text for each number in column B.

A work area parses the check amount into the number for thousands, for hundreds, for units, and for cents separately. I lookup the text for each section and combine them all with "&" and the appropriate lable (thousand, hundred).
