Excel macro

When trying to store a macro in the personal macro workbook - I am receiving the following error messages: This command is not available in a shared workbook. Unable to record.
The workbook is not shared....

Are you sure it's not flagged as shareable? In Tools/Share Workbook/Editing, be sure the box "Allow changes by more than one user...." is unchecked.
