Excel VBA Macro's

Does anybody know of a way of suppressing the "Enable/Disable" macros warning that opens when a workbook containing macros is opened? Is there a way of using digitally signed macros so that macros from reliable sources do not generate the warning?

Tools / Options / General and uncheck setting "macro virus protection"
