Initial setup when recording a macro.

When you begin recording a macro, and you want to make
it available to anyone using the file, do you attach it to "this workbook" or "all workbooks"?

Where do I set it up so that I can use the same
Macro and apply it to any file I create in Excel.

Save it in your Personal.xls workbook. This is an option when you record a macro. You can choose Personal Macro Workbook. This only makes the macros available on your PC though.
