MACRO RECORDER

For some reason I no longer get the macro recorder button that jumps onto the sheet and enables the relative selection. The recorder button still works on the Visual Basic tool bar, but does not pop up like before. I dont know what I did to turn it off. I need it back...HELP HELP. how do I get it back?

Try this: start recording a macro, then click on View > Toolbars from the worksheet menu, and select "Stop Recording". The stop recording toolbar will now appear. Now immediately click the Stop Recording button, then start the recording process again and you should see the Stop recording toolbar pop up.
