Progression Indicator Bar (Barrie Davidson)

Barrie,
About a month ago you gave me a link to a site that had a way to create a progression indicator through a macro. This worked out great, but i have lost the site and require the information again. I believe the site was an excel deveolper's page of some sort. If you still had the address I would be most apprciative. If anyone else has information that would help out too.
