Stop Recording Toolbar

When I begin recording a macro, sometimes the Stop Recording Toolbar is not displayed. The problem is that I don't know how to set Relative Cell References when this happens.

Any ideas?

go to tools>customize>toolbars> choose "Stop recording". drop this toolbars to where your other toolbars are.
