VBA Reference books

Dave
Can you recommend any good easy to follow reference books for learning about writing macros in excel (You haven't written yours yet have you), I'd actually like to understand what I'm doing rather than stumbling along and guessing

Hi Brian

I would love to write a book on Excel VBA, but it would mean no income for quite a while :o( I do have on my Website under "Great Links" some links to many Excel and VBA for Excel books. But I must say that most books on VBA tend to lean toward people that generally know VBA already.

I do many custom remote lessons on VBA via email if you are interested ? I have been thinking about actually selling each lesson as on it's own (usually 10 emails and 5 Workbooks per course). You can contact me anytime if you are interested. Hope I'm don't sound like a salesman, as I don't mean to!

More than a little conflict of interest with this advice, I think!

I thought I'd made it.

RJW, Please Read!

No! You are obviously implying something, but I don't get your point.

I get no benifit from suggesting links to Excel books and sites. To be honest I get offended and annoyed when an anonymous user turns up, and makes unfounded remarks. I help on average 20 people a day with Excel related problems for FREE!

Brian asked a question on this board and I made some suggestions. One of them was my company, I make no apology for that. I get plenty of smart remarks from the likes of Aladin and Mark W as reward for my free suggestions, I don't need anymore.

BTW. How many answers have you supplied here and what's you suggestion to Brian question ? Or do only have negative remarks ?

Don't know what you're getting so upset about.
