    making a sumif within a filtered subtotal

    Count when filtered

    hi, i want to count visible data in table column when filtered. The data is "1" or "0", i want only to count "1".

    Showing Totals for Filtered Data

    My crosstab report has a total line for each data column using the Subtotal(109,,) function. However when a filter is selected from one of the attribute columns, the total line is not visible. How can I create a visible total line when using filters? Thanks, Becky
