    Any idea why this function is not getting called / returns #NAME error

    I can't for the life of me see any problem with this function, anyone help? The function doesn't appear to be getting called at all (I have placed breakpoints on the function header and the first IF statement...). I get a #NAME ? error returned.. I am using this call in a cell...
