    Pasting links between workbooks but ignoring blank cells

    Is there a way to copy/paste links from one workbook/worksheet to another but ignoring blank cells in the source so that the destination does not display ####### content for the linked blank cells? This requires cumbersome, tedious and a great deal of time to "clean-up" the linked blank cells...
