    Protection for Conditional Formating

    I am using excel 2010. I need to protect my worksheet's conditional formatting but I still need to allow others to "Cut/paste" or "Select and drag" contents from other cells WITHOUT changing any conditional formatting in the cell contents were cut from. Thanx for your help.
