    HELP IDENTIFY ORIGINAL START DATE BASED ON CONTINOUS SERVICE RULES

    years and months (easy one)

    How can I get the months to change with the year example: 2010 January-10 February-10 March-10 (these 3 cells would have a formula right?) My objective is to change the year and have the months with year all change accordingly. I am sure this is rather easy but I am stumped
