Is there any way to change the formula for a calculated item in the grand total row?
Excel 2007 & Windows XP

This is a subset of the results:

Overtime Total Time %
Mfg Cell 1 715 6,201 12%
Mfg Cell 2 2,983 14,656 20%
Mfg Cell 3 710 7,567 9%
Mfg Cell 4 8,357 40,217 21%
Mfg Cell 5 1,423 7,161 20%
Mfg Cell 6 10,560 42,472 25%
Mfg Cell 7 1,798 14,237 13%
Mfg Cell 8 404 3,026 13%
Grand Total 26,948 135,537 133% (s/b 20%)

The pivot table includes 2 calculated items: Total Time which includes the sum of several Items from the Field 'Pay Code', and % which is Overtime/Total Time. The percentage calculation works for all the rows except for the G/T row, where it's summing. Is there any way to change the G/T formula to Overtime/Total Time and produce the result 20%?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
