125.00 to 00012500

Hey all-- im looking for a formula to take data from a balance column in number such as 125.00 and place in another column x as text with always eight places. i need zeros to always be my filler-- 00012500--

i also need a formula to take the a in a1235589234 and make it a one
embedded as well b=2 and c=3
