2 criteria IF

 =IF(AND(D2=Autosomal Dominant,AB2>0.01),"Likely Benign")

The above code doesn't seem right. I am trying to use both conditions and if they are meet, the result is "Likely Benign". Thank you.

You probably just need quotes around Autosomal Dominant

=IF(AND(D2="Autosomal Dominant",AB2>0.01),"Likely Benign")

That was it, I didn't even notice... can an OR statement be used as well?

=IF(AND(D2="Autosomal Dominant", AB2>0.01),"Likely Benign") OR (D2="Autosomal Recessive", AB2>0.1),"Likely Benign")?

=AND(AB2>0.01,OR(D2="Autosomal Dominant",D2="Autosomal Recessive")),"Likely Benign")
