2 last values with conditional formatting

Hello everybody.
I need your help again !!!
Let's say that I need a conditional formatting for the (last two values) per line, when the last is less than 75% in relation to the penultimate.
I used 2 columns (maybe not even necessary, but I couldn't get better to give me the last two values when they are in my reference values (<= 75%) using the formula = IF ($ AG6 * 75% < = $ AH6; ""; 1).
I couldn't get better than the example in the photo.

Are the Last 2 values always in the Same 2 columns ?
If so then you can use a simple conditional formatting formula
which is as posted
$ AH6 * 75% < = $ AG6

Is this the expected result - i have used G & H instead of AG & AH for simplicity, for this i have also just as example added the formula in J & K , but not needed

No, the values are variable to the cell!
When I apply the formula (= IF ($ AG6 * 75% <= $ AH6; ""; 1)) it doesn't give me the desired result: ()
